Abdul Halim bin Bistamam born in 14 October 1955. He grew up in Kampung Parit Gajah, Parit, Perak. Now he live in Taman Rapat Setia Baru, Ipoh, Perak. He is an expert in Mathematics and Science.
His wife Inson Yang is a housewife. He was blessed with four sons and four daughters.
