If you are having hard time to sleep at night, that means you got some problem in your mind. It doesn't matter how soft or comfy your bed is. The unsolved problem in your mind may halt you from sleep earlier.
I myself use this tips before sleep. May this tips help you. Here some tips for you how to sleep easier..
- Don't sleep in the morning or evening.
- Solve your problem as soon as possible.
- Don't think too much about problem before sleep.
- Don't eat too much 1 hour before sleep.
- Clean yourself such as brush your teeth, wash your feet etc before sleep.
I don't recommend consuming sleep pills because of the side effect which is not good for your health. Don't think about sleeping at your workplace. Work time is not for sleep OK?
