Simple Exercises For Busy People

If you want to exercise but do not have much time, you must read this entry now. You only need 10 minutes of exercises and do it 3 times a day.

Ok, are you ready?

Let's begin!
Leg Exercise First Step
First Step, standing in the proper position with legs open at your convenience.


Leg Exercise Second Step
Second Step, bend your legs until your body reaches the angle of 90 degrees.

Leg Exercise Third Step
Third Step, repeat the first and second steps 15 times.


Arm Exercises First Step

First Step, Standing with the same position. Bend and straighten your left leg slightly toward the back of the hand arm muscles.

Arm Exercise Step Two

Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and pull up to the waist level with your hand gripped. Repeat the first and second steps 15 times.


Foot Exercise First Step
First Step, Stand properly in front of wall.

Foot Exercise Second Step
Second Step, Lift your heel as high as possible and repeat the first and second steps 15 times.

Foot Exercise make it properly
Make sure you do all of the exercise Leg Exercise, Arm Exercise and Foot Exercise correctly to prevent injury.
